Coaching with Sara – the 6 month program

What’s included in the program:

  • One hour introductory coaching session – we will review your health history and set goals
  • 6 (60 minute), or 12 (30 minute) private coaching sessions over the course of 6 months.
  • Individual goal setting – what is important for you to accomplish in the next 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and longer.
  • Unlimited email support.
  • Custom designed workouts designed to help you meet your fitness goals.
  • Monthly special events like webinars, group seminars and/or workshops related to health and wellness.
  • A variety of handouts, recipes, books, CDs, food samples and other materials.
  • Invitations for guests to attend special events.

During our sessions we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans. I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement and holding you accountable to your word. Since most of this program occurs outside of our sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you.
